Well, I lost in my efforts to change the name of DACA. DACA has been officially renamed as the National Center for Credibility Assessment or NCCA.
I pushed hard for the National Academy for Scientific Credibility Assessment Research which would have made itNASCAR.
I had visions of the instructors wearing fancy jumpsuits with "CID", "OSI", DIA, CIA NSA, USSS or FBI on them along with sponsor logos from Limestone, Lafayette, Stoelting, Axciton and Pentax on them.
I had envisioned a point system based on student scores with a "sprint" to the finish each year.
Oh well, congratulations to the folks at NCCA. You have now have the distinction of having more aliases than the infamous fake Pan Am pilot and con artist Frank William Abagnale, Jr. (Catch Me if You Can).

Great idea and effort on your part Skip!

Lost in translation, no doubt. You know intellectuals don't watch, much less even know what NASCAR is...

For those with really, really long memories, it was also the U.S. Army Polygraph School (1951-1962).

Hey, What a coincidence, 1962 is the same year that the Army CID invented the ZCT, time barred control questions symptomatic questions, the Sacrifice relevant question and numerical scoring and then taught it all to Cleve Backster.

I would have pushed for National Credibility Assessmment Academy (NCAA) and then the federal agencies would have to draft the recruits at the end of the training.
